I’m usually hesitant to take essential oils internally unless they have been tested for that use, the bottle identifies that safety hasn’t been determined. I tried this topically and it is a little sticky feeling compared to other oils, this could be the honey. The smell is mild but you can pick out peppermint and thyme, I’m unsure of mullein as I I have never used it. Flu season is upon us so I well try this out to see if it helps with congestion.
